DISMISSAL – For the safety of our children and to provide continuity in the dismissal pattern, parents are asked to have students ride the bus to and from school.  Also, the administration discourages children leaving school earlier than the regular dismissal time.  This causes interruptions in the instructional process.  Kindly think about your family’s schedule and consider some changes that allow students to be transported by bus at all times.

If your child is a permanent walker, you must notify the school in writing.  If your child is to be a walker on a specific day, a note must be sent to school that morning.  Please do not call the school to make your child a walker unless it is an emergency.

If you are transporting by car:

Morning  drop off – enter the church parking lot from the South Shore Trail entrance furthest from the church and form a single line to drop off at the rope in front of the courtyard. Have your child’s backpack in the car to expedite the process. Your child should be dropped off by 7:45 to be ready for the 8:00 bell.

The afternoon pickup also begins in the rectory parking lot. Please line up in an orderly fashion until dismissal at 2:44 and proceed in a single line to the pick up area in front of the courtyard. Please be aware of any Church or Parish Center traffic that may need to get through line. Always proceed with caution.
