Dear Parents,

Please bring the following in order to register:

  •  Original Birth Certificate
  •  Original Baptismal Certificate
  •  $150.00 Non-Refundable Registration Fee

Children registering for K or 1st grade will also have to be scheduled for the KRT or Gesell School Readiness Screening.  There is a $35.00 fee for the screening, which you can pay at the time of testing.

Information regarding Smart Tuition Aid and Tri County Scolarship fund:

For the 2010-2011 school year, Rev. George A. Brown Memorial School will be utilizing Smart Tuition Aid for processing of applications for school financial aid or scholarships.  Smart Tuition Aid will NOT forward information to the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.  Families interested in applying to the Tri-County Scholarship Fund should contact Megan Brown in the Central Business Office of the Catholic Academy of Sussex County by telephone at (973) 729-6125 x234 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Applications can be completed at the Smart Tuition Aid website www.smarttuitionaid.com.

Use the School ID 10917 for each student that plans to attend Rev. Brown School
 
Financial Aid Eligibility:
Students entering grades K-8 are eligible for aid.

Application Processing Fee:
Processing Fee of $18.00
Corporation/Partnership Processing Fee: $19.00 (If you have filed IRS forms: 1041, 1065, 1120-A, or 1120S
Parent Report Fee (Optional): $8.00
 
Required supporting documentation (DO NOT send originals):
Most recent pay stubs and W2 statements
Most recent federal tax form 1040 or 1040A
Most recent business tax return (if applicable)
Documentation of all other sources of income (social security, welfare, unemployment, workmen's compensation, child support, etc.)
All 1099 forms (if applicable)
 
Notice of Financial Aid:
Once the application has been processed, Smart Tuition Aid will forward a recommendation to Rev. Brown School. All final financial aid decisions, including notification of award amount (if any) will be made by Rev. Brown School and the Catholic Academy of Sussex County.
